In this study, a mobile application was developed for courses at undergraduate level. The application has not only been developed and used, but has also been used practically for 8 weeks. In other words, the findings are based on a practical experience rather than a theoretical basis. This study aimed to determine the opinions of students who participated in the development and application process of an Android application named NEU-CEIT about the mobile learning environment, educational and sharing structure of the developed application. A total of 27 students participated and students were asked to upload the developed application and examine the content. Following the application, students were administered an environment evaluation questionnaire. Data of the research were collected with survey method. Data obtained in the research were analyzed through the views of experts. According to the results, it was revealed that outcomes related with the usage structure of the developed application were positive, educational structure of the application is appropriate to follow the curriculum, it is rich in terms of materials and it might be one of the applications that students can use for communication. The results also showed that mobile applications will support education and increase motivation. This study supports that mobile applications improve academic achievement.

The paper has been presented with a system that is created on the android platform targeting the students studying in an engineering institute. The application is created for effortless day to day official work in an institute. Students will be served with the benefits like compilation of branch wise question papers, general aptitude questions, video lectures, newspapers, with some interesting features like parent-teacher portal, feedback system and ask your queries block. The application is designed using core java coding, layout is fabricated with xml extension, complete creation is done on android studio. Login authentication is developed via Firebase Auth, newspapers have been linked through their URL, video lectures are engrossed with API and a separate website is created for parent-teacher interaction. Based on the above mentioned ideology, We are fabricating an application using android design studio kit which is majorly concerned for the effortless access of all the essentials required in an institute.

The purpose of this study is to determine the form of an online learning media based android on Students Development subject and to determine how the students assessment against android application developed. This study is a research and development. Researchers use ADDIE research groove namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. In the analysis phase, researchers conducted interview with students in Primary Teacher Education to find out the application form required in the subject of Students Development with blended learning model. Furthermore, researchers designed the initial shape and structure of the application work. After the initial shape and structure have been defined, the researchers develop android application using android software studio accordance with the application form needed by the students. The material used by researchers on android application is the material according to the syllabus of Student Development Subject and the researchers.

Material expert provides an assessment of 59.50 with an average value of 3.71 and considered good and decent. Students give value to this application at 72.85 with an average of 3.60 and the category is decent.
